Baked winter granola applesAsian Chicken and Mandarin Salad
- Mix chia, spice, apple juice and coconut milk in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night or for at least hours.
- Before serving stir through grated apple and spoon into bowls.
- Top with a drizzle of coconut cream, coconut flakes, walnuts, apple and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Serve
